Waited for over 40 minutes for a manager (Vusumuzi) at Cash Crusaders Zevenwacht

On the 31st December 2025, I bought a wireless charger at Cash crusaders Zevenwacht. It was working when I got it. I used it at home on an iPhone14, charged for 30 minutes or so. After some time my iPhone started overheating instead of charging, the battery was draining.

I returned the charger following day (New years day) the shop was closed. I was leaving to Eastern cape that evening and coming back on the 9th today. I returned it and told them there is nothing wrong with it, it is not compatible to my iPhone and I cannot use it. The cashier told me the manager is going to take it for repairs.

I wanted to engage with the manager (Vusumuzi) he refused to see me. He made me wait for more than 40 minutes saying he's busy. Vusumzi finally came out, telling me "you are going to wait for me bhuti" and went out the door. Apparently he was going to the bank.

I have never been so disrespected at any Cash crusaders. I have been to many of them as a client, but Vusumuzi from Zevenwacht was very bad. The staff tried their best to make me feel comfortable though. I left and he saw me walking out of the mall and he told me to come back to the store. I said you disrespected me enough.
