Very unprofessional and disappointing

Cash crusaders online is such a ****!! They advertise pre-owned items which are faulty or do not work. No where on the listing does it tell you the item is damaged or not working etc... So one goes ahead and purchases the item. Only to get a call days later from the specific store to say sorry..this item is not in working condition. This has happened to me 3 times now!!! Very unprofessional and very irritating.. PLEASE put the correct description on the items , so that a customer can make an informed decision before paying.
