Very rude manager at cash crusaders lambton very bad service

I bought a second hand laptop from cash crusaders for 4000 and explained to the salesman that the laptop was for someone who was out of the country and it had to be sent there,if any problem he said the laptop has a 6 months warranty.When the owner of the laptop received it he realised the keyboard does not work and sent back the laptop when I went to the shop they told me that they couldnt refund me because 7 days of their return policy had lapsed they could only fix it for me.The manager George was very rude and he told me to go report wherever I wanted but he wasnt going to exchange the laptop . Very angry I walked out of the shop and left the laptop and my money. I am very angry because I heard the stuff whispering to each other that its going to be difficult to sell the laptop so before selling it they knew this laptop had problems and they refused to exchange it.
