Very rude manager and changing of price after giving a price

I was at cash crusaders krugersdorp last weekend and saw a chest freezer that I wanted to buy. The sales rep said that I would have to wait a week as the chest freezer had just come in and it was policy that it could not be sold within 7 days. I asked the price and was told by 2 reps that it would be sold for between R800 and R900. I told them that I wanted to buy it and they even put a sticker on it with my name. Today being a week later I went back again and was told by the sales rep that the manager had changed the price to R1300. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out and I explained to her that the 2 reps had told me that the price was between R800 and R900. She asked the reps and they said that they had given me that price according to what their system had told them. The manager then said that it was her dicision and thats the end of it. She was very rude in the way she spoke and just turned around and walked away even though I was still talking to her. I cannot believe that they give you a price and then change it and also that a manager can be so rude.
