Very poor service

It's so painful that such a great store and service provider would have managers who would lie ,I contacted the store in advance regarding my wife collecting my item on my behalf,only for her to be told she cannot even as she called me the manager was like your husband must write and affidavit for you to collect the question would,they think my wife would ***** my item,even after my wife told the manager to speak to me for collection of the item ,he literally threw the phone and just told her she will not be helped you can imagine a heavily pregnant woman walking to a store and having such an experience even with her bringing my ID to the store and even her very own ID she was still told she can't be assisted which makes one wonder is it the new year of the store accumulating peoples properties for Mr Tebogo from Cash Crusaders Sunnyside even went as far as leaving the phone on air on me as the item owner and just left the store leaving my heavily pregnant wife there why was that they agreed it was okay only to grant her that as I tried explaining I am currently at work and knocking off late yet such service was offered is it the kind of service cash Crusaders gives their clients
