I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the poor customer service I received from Khanyisile Baloyi at the Atteridgeville branch. Despite my calm demeanor, I was falsely accused of harassment and subsequently blocked from the store.

What's alarming is that the management accepted the employee's version of events without reviewing the CCTV footage. I was shocked to discover that the employee had admitted to not being harassed or pushed by me, and other staff members who witnessed the incident can corroborate my account.

I had thought the matter was resolved, but the block has prompted me to take further action. I intend to open a case and request that the CCTV footage be reviewed to determine the truth.

I question the management's decision-making process and urge you to reconsider the actions taken. As a customer, I expect fair treatment and accurate investigations.
