Very frustrated with your bad service and I feel like to vomiting with your service

Kempstar Mall cash crusader they've very bad customer service. I bought a fridge. I was given six months warranty. The fridge got broken within six months. I reported the fridge to the store. The staff by the name of Nthabiseng suspect that it's a Gas problem without checking the fridge. She said I am expected to pay some money while my fridge was under warranty. We argues until it reaches to the owner of the store and their head office. The owner accept that he will fix the fridge without any cost. Their head office was.pushing me to pay. It took them one month to fix my fridge. Yesterday I ask the owner of the store what's happening. Then he said ""Good afternoon your fridge was not faulty because of gas but the compressor, the technician has ordered a new one" . Nthabiseng was saying it's a Gas but the technician mention something else. The store manager said he have received message from the store that the fridge is ready to be collected. I went there today to collect it. When I get there, I explained what I want to collect. The guy fetch the fridge. He tested it then I went to sign. He said he going to take the trolley to accompany me. It tooks him 10-15 min to get the trolley. The lady by the name of Dian went to get it. She didn't spend even 3 min. She ask one of the guy to assist me to get to the car. While we was about to leave the store the security made funny of me and he's colleagues laugh at me. His name Is Fredrick .
