Very Disappointed

I contacted Cash Crusaders at Riversquare to sell my Iphone 13. They asked for pictures and all the info about the phone. They confirmed the price on whatsapp and asked for a letter from Vodacom to confirm that the phone is paid up on the previous contract. Took a days leave from work, sat in the que at Vodacom for an hour and a half, got the letter. When I got to Cash Crusaders they said sorry, the price they gave was for an Iphone 15 Pro Max and not an Iphone 13, they offered me half of the price they said yesterday. I am so frustrated, a whole day wasted for nothing!!! This was my first experience at Cash Crusaders.....they wont see me again!!!
