Very disappointed

On the 13th February I went to Cash Crusaders in Pretoria- Vanderwalt branch to buy a deep fryer, when entering the store there was a lady waiting at the parcel counter and she demanded me to leave my back back at the parcel counter. I told her that i won't be able to leave my back at the parcel counter because I have Laptop and tablet in the back and she insisted. I ask her what will happen if my stuff got missing or somebody took it by accident as it was a busy day? She said she can't allow me in if I don't leave my back then I decided to leave.<br> <br> Now I need to find out from management if this is how you treat your customers? Parcels got lost every time and you mention clearly that you leave your parcels at your own risk. What will happen if a client lost a valuable items while in your store? Kindly provide your staff with a proper training for customer service as they lack the training. I am not happy the way I was treated and feels like you treat your customers like *********/*******.
