Very bad service

Since yesterday (monday) we've been waiting for them to collect a few items we are selling to get our dog to a vet. My dog died and they still haven't collected. When I told the person Powell over WhatsApp I'm going to report him he made a statement this morning stating he is sending someone. Nobody came. And now my dog died.. don't ever use them or contact them.
