Very bad service

Every time I have to do laundry I think of cash crusaders soshanguve I bought a brand new washing machine 20kg dixion it wasn't working Soo well so they exchanged it to a even worse machine it doesn't drain water it's just useless wen I call the tell me that maybe it's my fault I don't know how to use it ... Imagine the audacity of the salesman telling me that I am stupid I can't use the machine well I won't spend even my black cent at that shop n I wish people can stop going der.... However this is not over I'm taking this matter further as I can't loose such money for nothing.
