Very bad service

Yesterday we contacted them to sell a few items. First he tells me he has customers in front of him to help first after he spoke to me and put me on "hold" for 4 hours when I complained. I told Powell that was on the WhatsApp line my dog needs to get to the vet asap. That's the reason for selling. He kept me hanging and after they closed their buying department he only tells me their driver is off and they don't have a vehicle available at the moment. The next morning he tells me he is organizing someone to collect. I'm still waiting.. well my dog died.. and still no collection. Never use this company.
