Very bad service

Good day i call you 14 times and you just refuse to answer my calls i was there on Saturday and arranged to get my dishwasher collected witch i sold to cash crusaders pretoria north i am still wating for collection witch the lady said they wil collect it on monday when i call the first tame the same lady answer and give the phone to her colleague and he just say maby today he dont know cant say how the hell do they do there job i cant even give 1 star you suck and not even costumer service reply at my emails not helping at all and it is Tuesday today call them agen and still noting and no respose or call back
