Very bad customer service at Wellington Cash crusaders branch

I am very very disappointed in the customer service at the Wellington branch Cash Xchange pick n Pay center by Yvette Johnson who was suppose to serve me this afternoon was very unprofessional and rude. She did not evens greet or looked at me to smile or communicate , It looked as if she was irritated and thinking ' o wow another person, what does he want now ' she had a look on her face that seems as if I am not allowed to be there and shouldn't have come. It made me feel as if I did something wrong and And as that was not enough, as I paid for my Loan extension she ****** me with R1 change as per my receipt that she printed out, she gave me a 10c as change. Highly unprofessional , it does not cost a cent to treat others with respect and decency. Please sent the staff for training on how to treat customers and how to deliver a friendly and supporting service to customers and clients, because u just scored yourself a -0 points review.
