Very bad customer service

After reading all the reviews here I'm 100 % sure that Cash crusaders it's the worst shop of them all,and they do not Care at all about us customers all they do is reap off customers,even their workers are bad,I bought a phone on the 11aug 2022 and returned it on the 18aug2022 bc the phone battery finishes fast the phone it's not an old phone but bc of the features in it it needs to be charged everyday that's not the type of phone I want,I took it back and I was told they Will not give me my refund,I left the phone I want my refund.
