Very bad customer service

I had loan against my phone which expired the 10th August 2022,i phoned the store in wynberg main road that I will only be able to come the 11th as I was going to leave work early to get to the store on time. I work in seapoint and had to travel to wynberg, I got to the store at 5:23 and they closed the door in my face and not saying anything, chased me away****erally with his hands), not sure if he was the manager and I'm telling him it's not 5:30 yet and I need to get my phone as I don't want to loose it, because it was pass my expire date. I left work at 4 and rushed and ran out the taxi to get there in time and be treated so poorly. I am very disappointed as I'm also in retail and will never treat a customer like that. Now I don't know if I can leave work early again tomorrow or if I phone what will be said to me. I work far and don't get off anytime soon that's why I rushed to get to cash crusaders wynberg, I am so disappointed in their customer service
