Very bad consumer relations

Cash Crusaders Athlone gave me the most horrible service of all time I paid for my items from buy back just to receive it damaged then the boss bribed me with being me a new TV and it already took over a week for the boss to buy me a new tv just to receive a new tv from them damaged again I had the cash crusaders guy in my home luckily when I switched on the tv so I sent it back they still have my PS5 in buy back make me wonder if that is safe. People do not use cash crusaders for anything clearly they mishandled my goods and that can be done to you as well there was a other customer in the store as well on the day I had my issue and he clearly confessed to me as well about the poor service he received as well.
