Very bad business

I desperately needed money so I tried cash crusaders the square near east rand mall my expiring date was the 28 of Feb 2023 in which I missed due to COVID me and my family contacted I called today 14 match 2023 in which I no that I'm quiet a bit late I was told that my loptop is be sold for R4000 double for what they loaned me I asked the lady that I didn't even get a SMS or any phone call stating that they are going to sell my laptop I'm quiet disappointed in the way cash crusaders do business. Just a warning be careful of doing business with cash crusades it's easy to get a loan by them but with a catch in the end they are *******.
