Verry Poor Service

Cash Crusaders Matlosana Mall I jave been a good customer for many years. Girst time going in to this one. I saw a vehicle seat cover (1 seater cover). I could not see or feel the thickness or if it is material or leather like. I called the guy on the floor and asked if he could open the pouch for me. The pouch has a zipper, easy to open but is jyst closed at the zipper with a small cable tie. He went to ask his manager and came back wiyh this answer. " I can not open it for you. You must buy it then I can open it." This not a sealed thing, it zips open. I would have baught 6 of them I habe 3 vehicles. You will not be doing good business with client service like this. I will never return to that Cash Crusaders and will also not tecomend them to friends or family. This experience was shocking to say the least.
