Useless Cash crusades

I bought a brand new cell phone from them on 05/05/2021 three days later it started giving me problems i then called their store to inform them of the problem and they asked me to come to the store of which i told them i am out of town and will bring the phone immediately after few days when i am back today is the 20/05/2021 i took back the same phone i told them is malfunctioning only to be told they can’t help me spoke to a shop assistant who looked like his afraid of shop policies i then requested to speak to a manager who looked like his only a front as frustrated as i was i gave them their phone and receipt and walk out of their respective store.I feel ****** cause i communicated my frustrations 3 days after buying the phone also so useless Costomer service lady that spoke to me as if their doing me a favour after loosing my hard earned money......Those useless people at that store will never see my face or my family’s faces let alone my friends
