USELESS CASH CRUSADERS
ONE OF THE WORST COMPANIES THAT COULD EVER MAKE IT TO TRADE IN SOUTH AFRICA.
paper trail, lawyers letters and demands, head office complaint... everything possible to get my Laptop Back, but until now there has been no joy with getting it. i can't believe our country allows this franchise to still trade, bunch of ****** that's all they are. I gave in my Laptop on pawn, until date which was given to me. I paid the funds on time with all communications and the owner sells my Laptop, and still has the cheek to tell me he sold it, even after all the communications from me and my lawyer and still no joy.
i don't have much time to write the full review, but i have all the documents to prove anything they want to dispute should need be... as for the reginal manager, His USELESS, 6 months later and still waiting for a call!!!

07 Jun 2019, 14:44The Store is Randfontein by the Mall, but the owner is so arrogant!!!! i don't know how do you allow someone like that to be a front for your franchise.
i got the Proof of payments, the communications from the owner and myself, the letter of demand from my lawyers and the contract.
I'm in the process of taking it to the small claims court, as i was advised by my lawyer to do so!
i honestly don't like the way they do business and giving me the run around, wasted my time and money for the pass 6 months and counting....
the Saddest part is, I know for the fact, and i think the owner also know for the fact that I'm going to be accommodated, but he still chooses to ignore me, and let me do all this unnecessary running around... I'm so upset with the way he handled me even when i got there, it almost led me to fighting with him in the store, but i left it in God's Hands....
He will pay 100 times more than what his trying to rob me for, and that's a FACT!
