URGENT - Emergency collection of pawned item!!!

Good Day,

I hope this mail finds the correct person! My name is Leigh ID (860221 **** 089) toward the beginning of March 2020 at Cash Crusaders Bel Air (Northriding, Johannesburg. I attempted to collect it on the last trading day prior to the national lockdown (26 March 2020) which I wasnt able to as the store closed earlier than the times I was told it would the previous day and attempted for about 15min to make way but the staff kept smiling at me showing me the "Closed" sign (which in itself was distasteful).

I then received 2 SMS's regarding collection dates etc of which I have repeatedly responded to and also sent numerous whatsapp messages to the number provided, both which were unsuccessful.

My request is simple, yet URGENT - I pawned it for R2,500 and the repayment is approximately (as I cannot find the paperwork, hence ID number provided) R3,300 if I remember correctly. I am relocating to Herm**** on the Thursday the 28th of May 2020 and I desperately need to collect my machine.

I completely understand that there are trading restrictions due to lockdown, however, I respectfully request that an exception is made available that I am able to collect. I have no one else in JHB who I can ask this of and frankly, Ive had the money available for collection since 25 March 2020 and still do.

Kindly advise what can be done and when? I am available on the number below 24/7. I have attempted every other avenue of contact with the store and its owner/s but have not yet made contact. Kindly contact me ASAP on the number provided below!
