************ people that sell damaged goods as brand new

I bought a supposedly brand new bicycle from cash crusaders in Rosettenville for my son, upon getting home a couple of days later we found the bike would not change gears (its a 26 inch mountain bike) we took it to a bike shop for the adjustments when we got there the gentleman looked at the bike and said he would not be able set the gears as the frame was bent where the wheel attaches to the frame. We went back to cash crusaders with the bike they refused to look at the bike or even assist in anyway absolutely disgusting service as soon as they get your money they dont care about you as a consumer if I could give a negative star rating pathetic disgusting service from equally disgusting staff
