Unsatisfied Customer

I am writing this review, because we bought a generator from Cash Crusaders in Westgate, Mithcell's plain, 1. Generator advertised and what we got is 2 different ones, loose wiring and the tank is damaged (Photos showed perfect condition for this generator) 2. They said they are sending it for a service before it can come to us - When we started this generator it was smoking terribly and is making such a noise. Our next-door Neighbours told us last week that we are smoking them out of their property due to all the smoke that is coming out of this generator. We spoke to a few service centres that services Generators and they said if this Generator was services (like it was supposed to have been done) it would not have smoked and the noise would have been sorted out.

We are not happy, 1st off all, when we did this purchase online it did not specify that it is stationed in Western Cape, as we have a Westgate mall in Gauteng as well. We had to get The Courier guy to collect our Generator as once again we left messages for the Manager to contact us, but did not even bother to phone us back, We wanted a refund on the Generator as Three Rivers would have been closer to collect

We are sending emails and whatsapp messages and nobody is coming back to a person. After sales service just don't exist with Cash Crusaders.
