Unsatisfied

hello Peter, I'm helping out a friend his name is Cyril.Peter my friend bought a phone two months back and now the phone is not functioning well so it had to be brought back to the store for repairs

today it marks 36 days after they told us that it's only gonna take 21 days to be fixed so it's clear that the phone it's not gonna be fixed and they don't even want to refund him back.

it's the second week coming with him to the store to find out about the phone but they keep telling me but it's one person after another telling him that he must come next week please Peter help 🙏
