Unprofessionalism at its best

I was trying to sell my fridge to them via their store WhatsApp since they told me talk to them on whatsapp if I'm selling a big item when i physically when instore, anyway i did as they told me, took the pictures of the item and waited for the response, I'm still waiting for their respond and it has been two days now. I felt so disrespected as i used my last money to purchase data for Whatsapp. I felt they are not professional or it was racially motivated I'm not sure.
