Unprofessional behavior, poor services, refusal to provide warranty and/or guarantee on product

I am truly dissapointed is the caliber of staff appointed and under employment of cash crusaders Somerset West Branch. the worst part is that this review is in relation to the two managers (white and one Muslim) working there.

I went to cash crusaders once a day for a week (6 days) to make an attempt to purchase a parrot drone in store. Each day i am told that the person that knows where the drone accessories are stored will be back the day after, and so it went on for 6 days.

so, finally on day 6 the person being one of the managers informed me that someone stole the battery of the drone, they can mark it down, as they will now sell it without a battery.

Not having any problem with this, i asked how long the warranty or guarantee is. this is when the Muslim manager became rude and started displaying attitude. I then asked to speak to his senior, white manager who after a discussion held with the first manager addressed me with an even bigger attitude!

his words to me 'LOOK, CUT A LONG STORY SHORT, ITS EITHER YOU TAKE IT OR YOU DONT ! IM NOT GOING TO GIVE YOU WARRANTY AS THE BATTERY WAS ******, I DONT CARE IF YOU TAKE IT OR NOT I CAN ALWAYS SELL IT TO OUR AUCTIONEERS'

i refused to entertain such behavior and told them that they are acting unprofessionally, to which they responded saying i don't care, you wasting our time. thereafter i walked away as entertaining such unprofessional and idiotic behavior was beneeth me!
