Unpleasant service

I purchased an xbox 360 2 days ago (2nd hand). I reside in boksburg, but went to the Benoni branch as I was in the mean time in Benoni. I tried to load a disc onto the console but to no avail. Today on the 10th of January went back, bearing in mind the distance from where reside in contrast to the benoni branch. I assumed it was not only my games that did not work on the console and so I solely re**** on their games to test the console, their second hand games worked yet I numerously tried to relate to them my issue, and they then agreed to give me the cheaper console with No HDD and I would get some money returned to me, about 15 minutes later the 'manager' came out and took back her decision, which I thought was highly unprofessional, she then started to unecesserily question me, asking me the same questions she had before, as if she were accusing me of lying. I recall she said "are you just doing for the money?" To which I felt completely undermined. I then left with my original console. And she told me that I should return with my games like she didnt understand how far we travelled. I was completely appalled at her tone which was undermining. This was at the Cash Crusaders store in Benoni, Northmead square. I hope Cash Crusaders employees are picked wisely next time.
