Unhelpful *********** staff and rude

We were at the shop on Tuesday , i wanted to sell my laptop, We went into the shop past five before they were closing. Then they looked at it and asked like if some one has opened the laptop. Then they went on with silly questions as to like they did not know what they were doing. Then at half past five they were like sharing us out say they cannot help us they are closing and everybody run to the door. They took down our number say they will phone us the nest day wish they did not do until know. The next day i called them and everyday they had a story they cannot help they are off line. Then on Friday my husband went there and they said they are not going. to help us they cannot see what was going on on the hard rive. the next day i took it somewhere else without any problems. You have ***********, rude unfriendly people working there. I will never go to cash crusaders agian or advise anybody to go there , especially in Lydenburg.
