Unhappy with cash crusaders

This is the 2nd time I have been turned away from cash crusaders metlife plaza, Port Elizabeth. These stores are now wanting 2nd hand goods to be virtually brand new. I have been using them for 10 years now and I have never had a problem until this year. From today I will be ***cotting these stores and pushing the story on Facebook for all to read. Yes I understand that my power tools have got scratches and small sports of rust, but they all work 100%, they got all handles, safety guards etc. Turned away like trash. And the personnel at the store keep saying they want my business, but there I was with a saw wanting only R400 on a buy back. They said no help from them.
