Unhappy Very Regular Client.

I walked into the atlone store on monday(22nd),I saw a Dewalt pencil grinder,Toptronic tester and Tri Torq torque wrench i was interested in purchasing.I asked where is the manager was(Cause i wanted a better price on the 3 items)i was told his banking and will be there soon(15minutes later),he walked into the store gave me R150 off the R1650 asking price.They put through the 1st item,as the put through the 2nd item i was looked at funny and told i cant get the item and that its a lay bye.I told them i found it in the cabinet and i want it cause according to me if its on the floor with a price then its available to purchase.I told the teller to call the manager cause i was not happy with the way i was dealt with,when the manager came 10minutes later he just told me its a lay bye and there is nothing he can do.I told him i want to buy the item and that he must sell it to me.I was then told he does not have time to deal with me and walked out the shop and drove off.Is that how a manager deals with a paying client?I feel he did not care about me and just dismissed me cause he knows me.I spend lots of money in cash crusaders daily.I got a call from head office but they also do not care
