Unhappy customers

Good day

I have a complaint... I took in my phone to cash crusaders in albehtina sisulu street jhb...then when I went in for collection on the 1st August I made a payment of R5250.00..then they tell me my phone was ****** when they got ******.. My concern is that I was not even called to report what had happened... So they gave me back my money n told me I will get a replacement of my phone though they not sure if it will be in the some condition... I have been going to the store of which it moved to a different store its now in Carlton center.. N yet they keep on telling me they have not found that phone in any stores.. Actually they don't have that phone in any cash crusader Please assit I want my phone... It bought that phone last year early and it was 29k now they want to offer me 15k including that I must still pay them R5250.00..can I just have my phone please.. I m loosing my job cos I don't have means of communication.. It's like it's my fault so now I call in the store everyday for feedback n worse the shop contact number not working.. Please call me ***
