Unhappy customer who is dissatisfied of the servic

On the 30th march 2015 i booked in my laptop at Cash Crusaders Southdale against cash and was given R1200 with the interest of R263.49 on the expiry date of 28 April 2015.'<br> <br> And then on the 21st April 2015 I paid only the interest of R244.91 and from this date was given the expiry date of 20th May 2015,on the particular day i couldn't come to collect my laptop due to unforseen circumstances,i then called the store on the same day and spoke to the gentlemen by the name of Augustine Dzvova wo said to me the store Manager is not on duty can i contact him in the morning,as He's not in a position to assist me after relating my story to him.<br> <br> On the 21st May 2015 i then got hold of the Store Manager Sakie,related my problem to him and asked of a way the situation could be resolved,He then responded by saying to me, He can only keep the laptop for me untill 23rd may 2015 which is today,we agreed on that telephonically.To my suprise today when i got to the store,the cashier said the item was moved from the system and directed me to Augustine,and i was told my laptop was sold.<br> <br> I then asked to see the Store Manager,and was told Hes busy i cant see him,i asked how does my laptop get sold whi
