Unhappy customer

I don't understand how do they operate. I saw an Xbox on internet for R3500 when I get there it was sold to me with 4000. The said they cannot drop the price because I said I want it with the price I saw on the internet. They said their people are taking time to remove the prices on the internet. The one they had for 3,5 is sold out where as the one they got for 4k is the same as the one that was on internet. These shops are ripping us off😢
