Unhappy customer

I sent someone to buy washing machine I saw at cash crusaders on the 30th of October, only to find the machine is faulty& took it back and told that it will be fixed and be ready in 2 weeks, I had to call for follow up, after a month I requested a refund and I was told that the store doesn't it have money, I will get it in 7 days time, till today the 18th of December, I spoke to the manager and promised me that he will call to give me feedback till today no one called either.No refund, still don't have a washing machine.... DISAPPOINTED!!!
