unhappy client

bought a DOOGEE X10 in Dec, it has battery failure,when charging the battery gets drained instead. Went to the store in Rosettenville on 01/08/2018 and asked for assistance. I was told to buy a battery,yet i still have guarantee on the phone. I was even told that when taking it to repairs they will still charge me for the battery. This is the ****iest phone i have ever owned and I know that the company i aware of this yet they continue selling them. They freeze and therfore dont give a good expire of a smartphone
