unfair treatment and selling me defected goods
I bought a grass trimmer from cash crusaders Krugersdorp, I used it once and the motor burned out, I took it back and after three weeks with no feedback I decided to give them a call but only to be advised that they will not refund or fix the machine because the don't fix motors and will not refund me. how possible is it for me to burn out a motor, I will not take responsibility for it and I have also reported to the ombardsman
