Unfair Treatment and Possible Staff Misconduct – Cash Crusaders Witbank Mandela Street

Complaint: In January 2024, I took my HP Ryzen 5 laptop to Cash Crusaders Witbank Mandela Street for a loan of R1,300. At month end, I returned to settle what I could and offered to pay the interest, but the staff refused and said they only accept full payment.

When I asked if I could sell the laptop to them, they refused again — but a staff member personally offered to buy it from me. This made me feel misled and taken advantage of. I was never properly informed of my repayment or settlement options, and I believe I was unfairly treated.

The reason I took this long to complain is because I did not know where or how to take this up with the company. Only later did someone from Cash Crusaders advise me that I should lay a complaint against the staff.

I no longer have the receipt, but my details can be verified with my ID. I am requesting an urgent investigation into this matter and fair redress.
