Unfair treatment

I purchased a washing machine late in September 2024 and the warranty is supposed to last 6 months. The machine broke a month after I got it, and they sent a service provider to come fix it. It then broke again in Feb 2025 and when I tried to reach out in March to the store for repairs and the gentleman by the name of Bradley ignored my concerns and only rep**** to days later and told me my warranty has expire therefore, I cannot be assisted. Which I found the delay tactic he used as unfair and dishonest.
