Unfair Sale Practice

I bought a doogee X55 cellphone on 10/08/2018. The cellphone software was deleting info on the phone, the screen cracked while the phone comes with manufacturers screen protector. I took the phone back to the store, I was informed the phone have been discontinued and they can only take it for repairs for 3months and when the phone was returned I received a call to collect I told them I cannot take it back as its discontinued and cannot wait for three months every time the phone has a problem. The phones software is mul****ioning and I cannot accept it, as its their product and it unfair to me as a consumer to be sold an item that does not work properly and even the company is aware of their product that's why they discontinued the phone. I need assistance in getting a refund
