Unfair Customer Service with Cash Crusaders at Hammanskraal Tower Plaza

I asked for a Capital Debt/loan against my cell phone Samsung galaxy A10 in 28February 2020.And so they gave me R700 and agreed to pay back in a month's time.And whilst I was preparing to go and take it out it was national lock down from the 28th March 2020.And when I went to ask about my phone they said it was sold.However I still feel they were so unfair because after lock down I lost my job as I worked at a local day care centre.The day care center closed down.. So please advise me on what to do or where to go and logde a complaint or unfair customer service against Cash Crusaders Hammanskraal. Please help me as I am still unemployed since the 1st level lockdown Please advise me because I borrow other people's phone mine was sold by cash Crusaders even during lock down level 3 Thank you in advance, Lebogang Pitso

Thank you so much Hello Peter,I was just doomed without your intervention and your platform.Cash Crusaders Franchising's says they shall handle my complaint effectively.
I shall await their hopefully positive resolution as I forwarded my query to hello Peter and my personal details so as to further investigate the matter or should I say the ******* only Heaven knows!
I will come back to you Hello Peter with more information/feedback(hopefully positive) about my cell phone which I worked hard for.
