unfair business practice

i was told that my television was lay byed whilst i was inside the store to pay rental for a loan taken,my microwave was damaged while in their store room and my sound system was sold while i did ask for extension,they are ******s and rude to black customers,i phoned their operations manager by the name of Neels and promised to call me back but he is now ignoring my calls
