Unfair and ******* customer treatment.

Cash crusaders Bluff Durban are ******** and *******. On the 02 ND of June my wife purchased a small bluetooth speaker for her phone. In the shop they had the music blaring off a hi-fi system making it near impossible to hear the small bluetooth speaker. When she asked them to turn it down the salesperson said they couldn't because they were playing it for another customer. They assured my wife the bluetooth speaker she was buying, was their top range. Well, when she brought it home and tried it, it was shockingly terrible. She took it back this afternoon and was told she could not get a refund. So, they can't replaced the speaker with a better qualify one, even if we paid extra and won't refund us. This is not going to end here Cash crusaders, I will take this further and I will drag your name down all the more with it.
