Unfair and disappointing treatment from Cash Crusaders

I am one of the most patient people but the treatment I received from cash Crusaders almost ****ed me as a person living with depression. The stuff that disrespected me today after more than two week filing complaint with them regarding a new TV I bought last year which had a guarantee last month when I brought it in one of their stores in Khayelitsha Cape town and told them the TV was freezing pictures they tested it and they told me they will send it to repairs or replace with a new one now they tell me they cannot fix it because it has ****roaches. I escalated the matter to their manager, then to the call centre and wrote to them on Facebook till this day they have not come back to me. I decided to go and visit their store to find how far are they with the process their stuff was so rude to me pretended she doesn't know anything and told me the is nothing she can do while I was still speaking to her she left me like an idiat and attended another customer. I have never been so disappointed and disrespected in my life
