********* contracts

I was short of cash I went in to pawn my items I pawned like 7 items over different periods. Long story short last month I went in store by the cashier gave her all my receipts and paid the interest money which ment I bought another month. This month I went again paid the interest and asked to take out an item I was then told no I can not now that to me didn't make sense cause I have the money to take out an item but I'm been told no I can not my items was put under one contract??? So I asked how? Why? When? My items were brought in store during different times now I can not take out my items individually without paying the full amount which is too much for me to make at one go. When i paid for the items the cashier only said sign your next date will be on this day. I believe if people change the entitle contract without consulting the customer it's ********* when I asked the cashier for answers she could not answer advised me to speak to the buyers however when I made payments the buyers we'rent involved but now they talking stories like I must go to the police I said I will if I have the money to take out my items I shouldn't be denied to do so.
