********* behavoiur

On the 23 April 2016, between 14:15-15:00 this is to report ********* behavior from staff at Cash Crusaders at Carlton centre.Me and my boyfriend went to go buy a two plate stove which was on display for R300,a young man Tumelo Kekana was the sales consultant who assisted us. He removed the price and the barcode in front of us refused to sell it insisting the stove was ment to be in storage and not sold yet as its ment to be in the store for a certain number of days before it is sold. We insisted we want the stove and asked that we speak to the manager as its our right to get the item we seeing, the manager (who did not have a name tag on)left us with a responds "eish". He did not try to solve the problem, only told us to come back on the 27th April during the holiday.I then asked my cousin to go purchase the stove for me, he found the store closed.when he went back on thursday morning 28th April we he was told one of the staff members already purchased the stove on Monday (25th April 2016). I feel this is unacceptable behavior as the stove was clearly reserved for staff that is why it was not sold to me on the Sa****ay and I'm pretty sure this is not the way that a busdiness is supposed to operate where staff comes first before customers.I would like and apology from both the staff member involve and the manager. Most importantly, I want them to find me a stove worth the same amount by 10th May 2016 for inconviencing me
