Unacceptable service

Handed in my Casio watch 3 weeks back on a buy back term. <br> <br> Went to the store yesterday and paid the agreed amount to get and collect my item...<br> <br> After waiting a whole half an hour I was forced to leave the store without my watch, I then asked the sales assistant to get the watch ready ill pick it up today, after waiting another half an hour I asked for the manager, she than assured me that they are looking for the watch and that she will phone me once they found it.<br> <br> They have been looking for it since yesterday and I haven't heard anything from them yet, they need to seriously put a better system in place cause how can they be looking for my watch for two days?<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
