Unable to pay loans via OZOW due to your system not picking up my ID number

Good day,

Please will someone assist me with the OZOW payment for my goods which was due yesterday. There are no contact details on your website so I completed the 'contact us' page with my query and no one has responded and now I am about to lose my goods.

I was trying to make the payment but I am not able to as your website does not pick my loans up when using my ID number.
