Unable to get my item back
I went to the shop to pay final payment on my loan device, and I was told that the item was removed from their system today(20/08/2024). I only get paid on the 20th and I had always renewed my contract on a monthly basis on the 20th.
I was told to buy it back, of which it now costs 2 times more than what I had to pay.
