Well did we learn the hard way saw cash crusaders as an up and coming store so when they had TV at a reasonable price,i suggested he buy one as they are brand new what a mistake going to Cas crusaders North mead mall northmead square. After one month the TV was not working after waiting 3weeks for it to be repaired with no correspondence to my son at All he contact H.O who said they would rectify it immediately as he should have got a new TV on the spot when he returned it as it was in the box with no visible damage. My son then went to North mead to collect a new TV the owner was called via phone he said head office was not correct and that the TV sets have now been discontinued so take your money back or pick a second hand TV........ Wow
